Patrick, Martel, Lindon, Bruce, and AJ just harvested some delicious spinach from the greenhouse! Spinach will be going to markets this weekend and in the veggie & combo shares next week. The greenhouse is pretty well full right now, so we have to figure out how we are going to get everything in the greenhouse next week. We are just in the midst of seeding all our onions and haven’t placed them in the greenhouse yet, we have 151 trays.
