• You will receive one invoice for the year, but you are able to pay in instalments
• Simply divide your total balance owing by the number of months you plan to pay over. Please refer to the payment schedule below for guidance.
• To keep things running smoothly, payments are to be made in advance of your weekly farm share

You are welcome to pay your share off early or make larger instalments at any time. The schedule above is simply a guide to help ensure payments stay on track and up to date.

At the beginning of each month, you will receive an account statement from our accounting software to keep you informed of all account activity. This statement will include your invoice(s), payment(s), and remaining balance owing. We leave it up to you to track your payment amount and schedule using the guide above, but if you are ever unsure, please feel free to reach out.

Local Line is used strictly for purchases only. Once your share is paid in full, we will mark it as paid in the system. Unfortunately, Local Line does not allow partial payments to be entered, so your remaining balance will not stay up to date there.

• RBC Bill Payment (RBC customers only): Add TapRoot Farms as a payee. Use your order number as your account number.
• Credit Card – Pay in full through Square.
  • Monthly and quarterly credit card payments are processed through PayPal. Please let us know if you would like this option, and we will set up recurring invoices to be sent to you each month or quarter. Please note: You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
