Farm Update
We have had some freezing temperatures and the ground is frozen. We are almost done harvesting our leeks. Josh is in Regina at the Agribition reconnecting with the Nuffield Canada scholars and watching presentations. He is a little nostalgic because there are a lot of beef cattle and that’s kind of where Josh started his career as a farmer, helping his Grandfather on his charolais farm. He is seeing lots of big charolais cattle.
We have started our planning for our 2024 CSA, stay tuned!
