It has been a cooler week! It has slowed things down a bit which is good. This week we did our first planting of potatoes, carrots, and beets. We have all the tunnels up at our Church Street location. We will be picking spinach in there and we planted spinach, lettuce and greens onions. Our greenhouse is busting, it is overflowing now.
