We got a little excited this week and started spreading manure…. yup we got stuck but it pulled out easily and we did complete the task. We are really hoping we can start pulling the plastic over the tunnels this week but the snow on Monday will put a crimp in that plan. The weather for the rest of the week however, is looking fantastic. We have 12000 spinach plants that need to be planted ASAP, which will be planted in those tunnels lets hope the plan comes together. FYI when I say tunnels I am talking about “haygrove Tunnels” if you would like to google them, basically, they are a greenhouse that goes up and down as it can not handle the wind and snow that our winters are dole out.
