Was a good week on the farm with a blast of of some nice fluffy snow at the end. We started some spring cleaning in the pack shed which is always nice once that task gets started, to get rid of the 2021 dirt to make room for this years dirt…:) The Saying in Jamaica is “lighten up the place” which it does, it is refreshing to walk into it so clean. With the warm days this week we were able open up our greenhouse where we will soon be growing all the transplant for the summer time yummyness. The first thing we plant will be spinach, fingers crossed this will start happening on Monday if our soil arrives.
