Ok….. this one is super versatile! I’ve poured it over chicken, over pork chops, mashed potatoes, and even poached eggs. Seriously, you can put it on almost ANYTHING.

Tarragon is my personal fav for this sauce, but sub out any herb that you have or want, based on whatever you’re putting it on.

Herb Cream Sauce

2 cups cream

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp chopped herbs

salt & pepper to taste



In a thick bottom pan, whisk together mustard & cream, season with salt & pepper, and heat on medium low, stirring frequently, until it’s simmering. Mix in herbs and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes to let sauce to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.

Now pour this on EVERYTHING.
