TapRoot CSA 2026

What Is Community Shared Agriculture (CSA)?

TapRoot Farms - CSA boxes

Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) is a relationship between you—the person accessing food to nourish your body—and the farmers growing that food. At its core, a CSA is about connection, shared values, and trust.

In a CSA model, we take care of one another and care for the land that feeds us. By joining a CSA, you are investing in where your food comes from and becoming part of a system rooted in learning, transparency, and community. You are invited to know your farmers, trust your food, taste the seasons, and experience the farm as more than just a place where food is grown.

Food is powerful. The choices you make about where your food comes from create ripples—supporting local agriculture, strengthening community resilience, and caring for the earth.

Our CSA Program

TapRoot Farms offers both year-round and seasonal CSA options, including:

  • Vegetables
  • Meat
  • Fruit
  • Eggs

Farming is meaningful, skilled, and demanding work. It requires long-term planning, care through every season, and commitment—from seed selection to harvest, storage, and animal care. A CSA model reflects this reality by asking for commitment from both the farmer and the eater.

A Shared Commitment

We encourage you to explore our website, follow our social media, talk with other CSA members, reach out to us, and—when possible—visit the farm. CSA is not just about one season; it is about building a lasting relationship with your food and the people who grow it.

Joining a CSA is an invitation to a different way of living—one that values nourishment not only for the body, but also for the heart, soul, community, and land.

We look forward to sharing many seasons with you.

Our 2026 CSA has started!
