I've had a number of people say how much they love these baked parmesan wedges.
Roasted garlic cabbage wedges
Crispy Parsnip Chips (recipe from the top of Kim's head)
Thinly slice, with a mandolin if possible, and lightly cover with oil salt and pepper. Spread out on a baking pan and bake at 350 until crispy. A light parsnip snack!
The great weather this weekend let us plant both regular and sugar snap peas as well as early superior (white) potatoes.
Enjoy the week ahead, with good food and great people!
